PHW is a course that covers many health and wellness-related topics that affect your happiness and quality of life. Some of the topics to be addressed will be: personal health, diet and nutrition, exercise habits, heart and circulatory systems, relaxation and leisure, and the family dynamic of health and exercise. This six-week course will change your perception of diet and exercise and will enable you to make the changes necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether a career move or for your own personal knowledge, get all the information you need to become a CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER.
